Banana Cinnamon Smoothie
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 3/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp  cinnamon
  • 1 tsp LYNQ 12 non-flavoured superfood blend
  • ½ cup ice
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
  • Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk yogurt or almond milk yogurt
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp LYNQ Cocoamotion superfood blend
  • 1 cup ice
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.

Very Berry Smoothie
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 banana (frozen ripe)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp LYNQ 12 non-flavoured superfood blend
  • ½ cup ice
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.

Avocado Berry Smoothie
  • ½ firm ripe avocado, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup coconut milk or almond milk yogurt
  • 1  cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp LYNQ 12 non-flavoured superfood blend
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.

Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk of your choice (coconut/cashew/almond)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½fresh or frozen medium banana
  • 2 tbsp LYNQ Cocoamotion superfood blend
  • ½ tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.

Thanksgiving Everyday Smoothie
  • ½ Baked sweet potato (cooled)
  • ½ Coconut milk yogurt
  • ½ Banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ½  tsp Maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp LYNQ 12 non-flavoured superfood blend

Peanut Butter Maple Oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup steel-cut oats 
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter 
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp LYNQ 12 non-flavoured superfood blend
Directions
  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, stir steel cut oats into water, and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook until oats are tender, 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute.
  2. Stir peanut butter, maple syrup, brown sugar and LYNQ 12 Superfood Blend into oats.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Maple Oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup steel-cut oats 
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter 
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ tsp brown sugar

Directions
